SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
In order to better support the Tokyo community and offer more families a chance to give their children international education, UST is proud to have established a scholarship program that offers reduction in tuition and joining fees to families that are unable to pay in full.
The scholarships are only available to the students applying into Elementary School (Grade 1-8).
In addition to the regular admission requirements, a successful applicant will have to demonstrate the following:
- the need for international education
- family's inability to pay the full tuition and/or joining fees
- native English proficiency
- high academic potential
In order to determine the amount of financial aid, the family will be asked to provide financial information sufficient to allow a detailed assessment to be made by the School; this is likely to include, but not be limited to the following:
The number of scholarships is currently limited to five per year. The amount of discount granted vary depending on the financial circumstance of both the applicant's family and the School.
Scholarships are awarded for one academic year but could be renewed, subject to satisfactory student progress and reassessment of family means.
