ESL AND LEARNING SUPPORT FEES
Pull-out service fees: 1 session*/week: 3,850 yen      
In-class support (push-in) fees: 1 session*/week: 2,750 yen

TECHNOLOGY FEES
Students in Grades 3-5 are required to have an iPad. Students in Grades 6-8 are required to have a MacBook.

BUS FEES
UST offers Four Bus Routes that cover several wards in central Tokyo. ​
Annual round-trip bus fee: 300,000 yen 
Annual one-way trip bus fee: 200,000 ​yen
​The bus fees ​could be paid annually or by term.  For more details about stops and bus schedule please contact the School Office.
SCHOOL TRIP FEES
All UST students attend several field trips each academic year.  Starting from G3, students also participate in overnight trips. The cost of school trips varies and depends on the duration and destination.  The cost of all
curricular and co-curricular trips is the responsibility of families. Here are some examples:
K1-G8 field trips: 500 yen on average (vary by destination)
G3-G8 Ski Trip: 50,000 - 70,000 yen (vary by package)
G6-G8 Residential Trip: 60,000 - 80,000 yen (vary by destination)
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES FEES
The fees for extra-curricular activities vary by class.  Please inquire with the School Office.
PTA FEE
Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) fee of 25,000 yen covers a range of activities, programs, and resources aimed at supporting the school community and enhancing the educational experience for students.
PAYMENT DETAILS
All fees must be paid by bank transfer and made under the name of the student.

Application Fee of 25,000 yen could be paid in cash at the school office or by bank transfer.  If paying by bank transfer, please make a transfer under your child's name and include a copy of the bank transfer slip confirming the application fee payment together with the application documents.

For overseas transfers, please ensure the amount sent in Japanese yen covers the exact invoice amount after deducting all handling fees. Applicants are responsible for all transfer fees, including those from both the sending and receiving banks, and must account for these fees when making the payment.
